OUR STORY
Bebax employees must learn to play the piano before they learn to make coffee. Playing music is an art form, a way to express oneself. Music is a creative and imaginative way to communicate things that words cannot. The piano is a beautiful instrument used by great composers like Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, and Bach to express their emotions and feelings.
A cup of coffee at Bebax is a statement.
We see brewing coffee as more than just a job; it is a way to express our identity as a company.

The Coffee Cherries
The process of making coffee is an art form. It begins on the coffee farm, where farmers carefully select the best trees to harvest beans. The beans are then grown in a nursery for 9-18 months before being planted on the farm. The trees are nurtured for 3 years before they produce fruit.
Coffee cherries are bright red when ripe and ready for harvest. The seeds of these cherries are the coffee beans that we roast. We only use the highest quality beans to ensure that our coffee is the best it can be.
The Coffee Beans
Like a great musician who combines the right notes to create a melody and harmony, a great coffee roaster can combine the right coffee beans from different countries, roasted in the right way, in the right quantities, to create a special blend.
We use a strict selection process to choose the best coffee beans from all over the world. We consider the different flavors of each variety and origin to create outstanding blends for every cup.
The Coffee Beans Roasting
Bebax roasts coffee using a secret method that combines open fire and hot air. We roast coffee differently depending on the country of origin to preserve the authentic flavors and aromas. We use modern machinery, equipment, and artificial intelligence to precisely measure the quantity of each variety in every cup of coffee.
Bebax is the first company to use artificial intelligence in all of its brewing machines.

Painters use canvases to express their artistic vision through colors. Musicians use pens and paper to write notes and harmonies. Bebax baristas use coffee beans like notes and brewing machines like pianos to create a perfect harmony of taste, body, and aroma in every cup of espresso we make.

We plant seeds of success in every location we choose. A business is a living organism like a plant, from the first roots to sprouting of the first leaf, we put our heart and soul into it.

We care for our employees first. We nurture them to maturity like coffee cherries, bright red and shiny, so they take good care of our customers the way we care to each and every one of them .

Our Vision
We like to see ourselves as coffee farmers. We use our imagination and creativity in selecting the potential of a good soil, the location where to plant each Bebax Coffee shop.
After more than 2-years tilling the soil and nurturing the first Bebax Coffee shop we have planted, we are ready to plant 700 or more over the span of 7 years.
In the not-so-distant future, Bebax will be the fastest growing prime coffee shop and the most widely known Emirati brand world-wide. We are going international, spanning the 6 continents, and send our products as a gift to the 7th – our way of expressing gratitude to the scientist and climatologist who study climate change in Antarctica.
What we need now is a good soil to plant a full-grown tree. A prime soil, a prime location for a prime brand.

Using the colors of coffee from the roots to the beans, well-crafted and blended elegantly brings an experience to customer that is pleasantly relaxing and enjoyable
Bebax Coffee: The Loft
Traditionally, lofts are former industrial building turned into modern space for apartments. They often feature high ceilings with exposed pipes , beams and brickwalls.
However, newer buildings are now mimicking the look and feel of lofts to meet rental demands.
The Loft is perfect for high-rise buildings with lots of offices. Lofts are enormous and spacious with lots of place for hanging around and for displays of paintings and art works.
Bebax Coffee: The Kiosk
The kiosk is a mini-store that is suitable for high-ways and along the road location where motorist can stop by and have a refreshing cup of coffee.
Though small as it may seem compare to a full sized coffee house or lofts, the kiosks packs the same products as one would find in lofts.
Additionally, Kiosks will be a marketing channel for the our coffee shops in malls and lofts in office buildings.

Our Milestones
In 2018 started Research and Development, in 2019 our first Shop.
2020 pandemic struck, supply of roasted coffee limited, established own Roastery. Mid 2020 at the height of pandemic we strengthen our system and finished development of franchising scheme. 2021 Accepts and sign contracts of franchises from 6 countries.

Arfa manages the process of developing new and enhancing existing products in order to meet customer expectations effectively. She conducts research, develops proposals, and supervises the design process.
Anya Chichinadze
Marketing Specialist
The driving force behind our brand. Responsible for creating advertising campaigns, pricing strategies, and targeting the demographic data of your coffee shop location. Painstakingly, Anya studies your chosen location very carefully, analyzes your market, and launches a campaign to get your target market’s attention.
Islam Yousry
Creative Manager
Oversee the art and content creation of the Bebax brand. Islam provides the direction of where our brand should go. He directs artists, animators, videographers, graphic designers, and writers to develop content. He is an architect and a designer by profession.

Payal is responsible for training you and your staff to oversee your daily Bebax Coffee shop operations. Her primary role is to ensure that your coffee shop is running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
